Harvest 2020: David Guimaraens & White Grape varieties
Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Arinto and Gouveio are grape varieties used to make dry white Port. David Guimaraens, Taylor Fladgate's Head Winemaker, accompanied the harvest at Quinta da Casa Nova and explained the characteristics of white grape varieties and their role in the production of Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry.
